GETTING A QUOTE:
You are given a free quote during the application process. Once you register with the system and complete the first section with the information about yourself, your company, and the coverages you would like to purchase, you will be able to view a quote. If you then wish to purchase the policy you simply click Next and proceed with the rest of the application. View and Print Instructions

PURCHASE A POLICY :
To purchase a policy you need to register with the system and create a username and password. To register click on "Quote/Pay/Print", in the new page click on Self Register Here in the bottom right hand corner of the page. Once the registration has been submitted, click on the New tab. ADDITIONAL INSURED REQUESTS

If you find that you need an additional insured after you purchase the policy, all you need to do is log in to the system by entering your username and password. Once you have logged in, click on the application you wish to enter into and then click Edit. VIEW AND PRINT INSTRUCTIONS

 

ADDITIONAL INSURED - What is this?
Occasionally, someone will ask that they be added to your General Liability insurance policy as an Additional Insured, or that they be named as an Additional Insured onto your General Liability insurance policy. This usually occurs when you are performing at an event in a building or upon property, such as a school, wedding facility or community center. This school, wedding facility or community center is known as the facility.

The practice of a facility requiring that they be named as an Additional Insured on a $1,000,000 General Liability insurance policy by all persons or entities performing at the site is quite common. This insurance industry practice is a well-known and proven method of Loss Control or Risk Transfer from the standpoint and to the benefit of the facility. It is so common that the Additional Insured wording is usually contained within the insurance requirement section of the Facility Rental Agreement or Facility Use Agreement. It is important that when you complete this form on line, that you get this Additional Insurance wording exactly correct. Otherwise, the facility will not accept the Additional Insurance Certificate you provide as proof of insurance.
